How it works

Connect Zoho CRM and Polytomic discovers every module visible to the authenticated user, including the custom modules your team built and modules added by Zoho apps such as Sign and Contracts. Fields are typed from Zoho's own metadata.

Extraction runs through Zoho's asynchronous Bulk Read API with field selection rather than paging records one request at a time, which is what makes a large CRM practical to replicate.

  • Connect Zoho CRM with OAuth and select your data centre region
  • All visible modules discovered automatically, custom ones included
  • Fields typed from Zoho metadata including picklists, lookups, and subforms
  • Extraction through Zoho's asynchronous Bulk Read API
  • Users read through the standard REST endpoint
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

Authorize through Zoho's OAuth flow with offline refresh tokens, granting scopes for modules, module and field settings, users, and bulk operations. Your own OAuth client credentials can be used instead. Region selection matters, and Zoho's returned API domain takes precedence over the configured default.

How to get connected
  1. 1Identify which Zoho data centre region your org is in
  2. 2In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then Zoho CRM
  3. 3Select the region and authorize with OAuth
  4. 4Test the connection and review the discovered modules
  5. 5Select the modules and fields you want
  6. 6Choose a destination, set a schedule, and click Save
