Zoho Desk

Polytomic syncs your Zoho Desk tickets, contacts, agents, and knowledge base data into your data warehouse, databases, and analytics tools with reliable ETL. Read tickets, custom fields, and the rest of your help desk data out of Zoho Desk and into the systems your team already runs on, without writing code.

Custom fields discovered automatically

Custom fields on tickets, contacts, accounts, and other core objects are found and kept in sync without manual mapping.

Tickets with full context

Tickets sync with their threads, comments, attachments, and activity history intact.

API limits respected

Requests are capped and retried automatically so a sync does not get throttled by Zoho Desk's API.

Example workflows

Track ticket volume and resolution time alongside product usage data

What you can sync

Read tickets, contacts, agents, and the rest of your Zoho Desk data into your data warehouse, databases, or other systems.

From Zoho Desk

Tickets with their threads, comments, and attachments
Contacts and accounts
Agents, teams, departments, and roles
Knowledge base articles and categories
Calls, tasks, and time entries logged against tickets

How it works

Connect Zoho Desk with OAuth and choose the organizations to sync. Polytomic discovers every ticket, contact, agent, and other object your account exposes, including custom fields, and reads them on the schedule you set.

Most objects, including tickets, contacts, and accounts, are read in full on each run. A smaller set, including articles, contracts, and time entries, sync incrementally so repeat runs pull only what changed. Requests are throttled and retried automatically to stay within Zoho Desk's API limits.

  • Custom fields on tickets, contacts, and accounts sync without manual mapping
  • Tickets sync complete with their threads, comments, and attachments
  • Articles, contracts, and time entries sync incrementally by modified time
  • Core objects like tickets and contacts are read in full
  • One or more Zoho Desk organizations can be synced
  • Requests are throttled and retried automatically against Zoho Desk's API
