Meetings for every user

Polytomic walks your account's user directory automatically to sync meetings and past meeting details for every user. There's no host list to maintain.

Recordings paired with transcripts

Cloud recordings sync together with their transcripts. Polytomic only requests a transcript when the recording actually has one.

Automatic rate limit handling

Requests that hit Zoom's rate limits or a server error retry automatically. Large accounts sync without manual intervention.

Example workflows

Report on meeting and attendance volume across the organization

What you can sync

Zoom is supported as a source. Sync meetings, recordings, transcripts, and account data out of Zoom into your data warehouse, databases, or SaaS tools.

How it works

Connect a Zoom Server-to-Server OAuth app for your account. Polytomic walks every user in your account's directory to sync their meetings, upcoming meetings, and past meeting details. Cloud recordings sync directly from the account, each matched to its transcript when a transcript exists.

Cloud recordings sync across your account's full history. Past meeting details and participant attendance are scoped to the trailing six months on every sync. Requests that hit a Zoom rate limit or server error retry automatically.

  • Meetings and past meeting details discovered for every user
  • Cloud recordings sync across your account's entire history
  • Recordings matched to transcripts only when one exists
  • Past meeting details limited to the trailing six months
  • Requests retry automatically on rate limits and server errors
  • Server-to-Server OAuth authorizes your whole Zoom account at once

How to set up

Zoom authenticates through a Server-to-Server OAuth app scoped to your entire account rather than a per-user login. Create the app in Zoom's marketplace. Enter its credentials in Polytomic to save the connection.

How to get connected
  1. 1In Zoom, create a Server-to-Server OAuth app for your account
  2. 2In Polytomic, go to Connections, click Add connection, and select Zoom
