ZoomInfo

Polytomic connects ZoomInfo for company enrichment and intent data. Enrich records with firmographics, revenue, and technology data as they flow between your data warehouse and your CRM, and read buyer intent signals into your data warehouse and other systems, without writing code.

What you can sync

ZoomInfo is supported as an enrichment step and as a model source for intent data. Enriched fields merge into records as they move to their destination.

From ZoomInfo

Data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks
Databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL
CRMs including Salesforce and HubSpot
ZoomInfo intent data as a model source

To your destinations

Company identity, domain, industry, SIC and NAICS codes
Revenue, employee counts, growth, and funding
Parent and ultimate parent relationships
Technology products, department budgets, and social profiles

How it works

ZoomInfo works two ways here. As an enrichment step it sits inside a sync you already run: you map an identifier such as a domain, and the matched company fields are merged into the record before it reaches its destination.

Separately, intent data is readable as a model source. You select the topics you care about and get back signals with score, audience strength, trend, the company behind them, and recommended contacts.

  • Connect ZoomInfo with your username, client ID, and private key
  • Add ZoomInfo as an enrichment step inside an existing sync
  • Map a domain, company name, or other identifier to match on
  • Select the company fields your licence grants
  • Read intent data as a model source, filtered by topic
  • Monitor sync health, record volume, and failures from one interface

How to set up

ZoomInfo uses a signed authentication flow: Polytomic signs a short lived token with your private key and exchanges it for a bearer token. You supply the username, client ID, and RSA private key.

How to get connected
  1. 1In ZoomInfo, obtain your username, client ID, and private API key
  2. 2In Polytomic, navigate to Connections, then Add Connection, then ZoomInfo
  3. 3Enter the credentials and test the connection
  4. 4For enrichment, add ZoomInfo as a step in an existing sync
  5. 5Map your matching identifier and select the fields you want
  6. 6For intent, build a model against the intent source and pick topics
